TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION<\/strong>
\nThese Terms and Conditions shall apply to all deliveries, services and offers provided by Razzle Dazzle Distribution. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions as binding.<\/p>\n

2. OFFERS AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT<\/strong>
\nThe presentation of products on the B2B platform does not constitute a legally binding offer. Orders placed by the customer shall be deemed a binding offer to enter into a purchase agreement. A purchase agreement shall only come into existence upon acceptance of the order by Razzle Dazzle Distribution. Razzle Dazzle Distribution reserves the right to reject orders without stating any reason.<\/p>\n

3. UNAVAILABLE ITEMS<\/strong>
\nRazzle Dazzle Distribution does not sell its products exclusively through the B2B platform. Products may also be ordered by telephone or e-mail. Despite careful inventory management, it may therefore occur in individual cases that an item displayed on the B2B platform has already been sold. Should an ordered item no longer be available, the customer will be informed without delay. Razzle Dazzle Distribution may offer an equivalent replacement product. However, the customer is under no obligation to accept such replacement.<\/p>\n

4. PRICES<\/strong>
\nAll prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and exclude the applicable statutory value added tax (VAT), unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.<\/p>\n

5. DELIVERY<\/strong>
\nItems shown as available on the B2B platform are generally dispatched from our Swiss warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise. Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer.<\/p>\n

6. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING COSTS<\/strong>
\nPackaging and shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. Goods are generally shipped by Swiss Post, DPD or another suitable transport service provider.<\/p>\n

7. RETENTION OF TITLE<\/strong>
\nAll goods delivered shall remain the property of Razzle Dazzle Distribution until full payment of all outstanding claims has been received. Where the billing address and delivery address differ, both the invoice recipient and the recipient of the goods shall be jointly and severally liable for payment.<\/p>\n

8. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS<\/strong>
\nObvious defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported in writing within 8 days of receipt of the goods. Transport damage must be reported immediately upon receipt to both the responsible carrier and Razzle Dazzle Distribution. Hidden defects shall be governed by the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). No complaints will be accepted for goods that have been modified, altered or improperly used by the customer.<\/p>\n

9. WARRANTY<\/strong>
\nThe respective warranty conditions of the manufacturer shall apply. The applicable warranty terms are those published by the manufacturer (website, user manual, product documentation, etc.). Products subject to a valid warranty claim will, at the manufacturer's discretion, be repaired or replaced. Any further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n

10. CREDIT CHECK<\/strong>
\nRazzle Dazzle Distribution reserves the right to conduct credit checks on customers. If the credit assessment is unsatisfactory or if insufficient information is available, Razzle Dazzle Distribution may require payment in advance. The customer will be informed accordingly in due time.<\/p>\n

11. LATE PAYMENT AND DEBT COLLECTION<\/strong>
\nUpon expiry of the agreed payment period, the customer shall automatically be deemed in default without further notice. Razzle Dazzle Distribution is entitled to charge reminder fees of up to CHF 30.00 per reminder from the third reminder onwards. Outstanding claims, together with reminder fees, default interest and additional costs, may be assigned to Intrum AG or another debt collection agency. Any resulting costs shall be borne by the defaulting customer to the extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n

12. LIABILITY<\/strong>
\nLiability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit is excluded.<\/p>\n

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/strong>
\nAll legal relationships between the customer and Razzle Dazzle Distribution shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding the rules of private international law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Razzle Dazzle Distribution in Brunnadern SG, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
